Booking Policies

Build Night Booking Policy

If you cannot attend your build night, please notify us as soon as possible. Call us, text us, or message us on Facebook to let us know you're not coming before the session starts. Unfortunately we cannot issue you a full refund, but we are happy to hold your original project for up to 45 days from your original build date. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or re-booked to a new date. Please contact us to reschedule to a new date; We won't be proactively reaching out to remind you.

Food Policy

We work with a 3rd party vendor to offer you high-quality, fresh food items to snack on during your class. We place our order prior to the start of our weekend activities and pre-pay for each item.
If you pre-ordered food items for your Build Night and can't attend on your original date, your food will not be re-ordered for your new build date. (The only exception is if you cancel before we place the order with our food vendor). Please let us know when rescheduling if you'd like to re-order your food item(s).

Project Changes
Sometimes you want to change your mind, and that's okay!

We cut your wood and stencils to order, and we begin preparing the materials for your project right after we receive your registration. If you wish to change projects or stencils, please notify us no less than 48 hours before your build. We'll do our best to accommodate your switch, but can't guarantee it. If you'd like to change your project, there will be a change fee of $10.

Workshop Booking Policy

If you are unable to attend your previously scheduled Workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. Call us, text us, or message us on Facebook to let us know you're not coming within 24 hours of your scheduled class. We are happy to apply the fee toward another class or Build Night. Unfortunately we are not able to issue refunds.​ No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or re-booked to a new date.

Occasionally we do not meet the minimum participation as requested by our instructors. In the event this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and are happy to apply your balance to a new workshop or Build Night, or offer a refund.

Mother Nature

We're in New England, friends! Weather happens. If extreme weather makes it unsafe for any of us to get to the workshop, we'll cancel the session and offer to re-book you to a new date within 45 days or issue a refund.

If roads remain safe for travel and we keep the session on as planned, but you choose to not attend, we're happy to re-book you to a new date within 45 days. No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded or re-booked to a new date.
